Egypt brings back daylight saving time

Egypt's Cabinet announced yesterday that Egypt will be observing daylight saving time (DST) again from 7 July 2016.

Time in Egypt will be advanced one hour from UTC +2 to UTC +3. The exact end date is unknown, other than "the end of October".
